Scholarship Opportunity for Women Returning to School

The Zonta Club of Annapolis is now accepting applications for its Yellow Rose Scholarship. The $1,500 scholarship is designed to provide financial assistance to a woman, age 25 or older, who has not been enrolled in higher education for at least two years.
